Recommend a good 45/50 mile Ultra for April / May 2015

The 'Classic quarter' is a 44 miler in early june along the southwest coast path.

Its toughish but very do-able and super scenic.

Big savings on SiS products this weekend.

Done similar mileage in mine and all ok so far. Not much on tarmac.

They seem more durable than the Speedcross 2's

Thanks NE, I think I have to accept that I'm gonna end up doing a main few training miles in them and probably the more rugged the better. Like the 315s!!!! INOV8.

Compression socks / guards help....

I'm addicted to my compressport r2s. Can't prove anything but they seem to help ?!

X-talon 212 Vs Fellraiser

Hello folks. Now that Inov8 have stopped making the roclite 315 in 6.5s (leave it!) I'm having a bit of a shoe crisis.

I'm thinking of keeping my current 315s for training and a road race I'm doing in spring and going for something a bit more agressive and interesting for the trails and hills etc.

Does either of these shoes stand out from the other in terms of durability and fit, they both look grippy as hell.

Any thoughts very welcome

Thanks Jim

Which Head Torch For Trail Running

The Alpkit is good value but the H7 is way brighter with much better spread.

Battery life on the H7 on full isn't great and the light swivel quickly becomes floppy.

The updated H7.2 looks like the biz for about £50
