BTW, I did the same route on Friday & upped it to 28 miles.I thought of you along the way as I came across some tree cover. I started eating sooner & changed some of the food. That helped to ward off bad feelings. I had even more water too.
Does anyone use Elete with their drinks? I don't know how much good it did me but it certainly didn't hurt to try it out.
