Jimbob   No I'm doing Chicago in 3 weeks time then hopefully Tokyo in February, then that's the lot done.

Boston is a quick course, the first 18 miles are all down hill, then from 18 - 21 are hilly but nothing to write home about, Heartbreak hill is pretty tame. Mile 21 was my slowest mile though.

The 2 Years I did it my times were separated by 1 second

Just read Nigel Aston's blog re the Bullock, WOW we didn't get accused of cheating this year.

Legs feel trashed after today's 20 miles.

PG. It will be a pleasure, I'd love it if you did it next year, remember if it wasn't for you and Bash I'd never of run it in the first place

You and Bash sorted out a Puma rucksack and energy snacks for me some 8 or 9 years ago when I didn't have a clue.

Easy track session tomorrow, then back to normal for a 20 miler on Saturday morning, then going to Turkey on monad for a well earned rest.

Fantastic running by all stockport harriers at the bullock

anybody who hasn't tried it should give it a go, it tests you physically but the mental side is even harder.

I won't bore you all the details but that was was closed I've ever come to throwing in the towel, the section leading up to Millers Dale tested my resolve,my right knee was killing me the demons in my head were telling me "why are you doing this".

run walk up to Chelmorton and everything was back on track, the 4 of us worked as a team to get Jayne the course record

no doubt we will be all back next year, that's what the Bullock does to you.
