I eat a lot....of everything
I love food and eat things I like.
If I don't enjoy it I don't eat it.
If I'm hungry I eat whatever I fancy. If I'm not hungry I don't think about food.
Never binge, but don't deprive myselfeither.
Like to cook from scratch, and love healthy whole foods....but also have a penchant for red wine, coffee, and have a very sweet tooth, and love chocolate, honey, syrup, ice cream, home made cake/biscuits/ ice cream etc etc
