Who else gets up at stupid O clock to run ??

Posted: Today at 07:43

Morning all - Fitness blender and a swim this morning, feeling a bit grotty with sore throat etc so hopefully have scared it away. Track tonight. Women are strategic birky, we'd never ask you to do something knowing you were busy already or we'd never get it done.

Morning all - just a bit of core and foam rolling for me, spin and either a run or swim later. Have a good week folks.

Contemplating a Surrey Hills ride this weekend.

IGIT, my bike is also abandoned in the garage remembering the happy times of Vichy, almost dusted it down today but went for a run instead, which I can do, and a swim, which is terrible. Keep us posted of the next outing.

Afternoon all - 10 glorious miles in the sunshine, same format as yesterday, hills and fast bits. Beautiful and autumnal, conkers and leaves everywhere, my ipad did want to change that to cookers which wouldn't have been quite so picturesque. OR 7 NW 4 squirrels, one carrying an enormous conker, (not cooker), loads of dogs including the fluffiness Pekignese (sp) which just looked like a bouncing blob of fluff. Glad you made it to the other side Grendel, and shame on the DNS MC, hopefully it will help you get to the marathon start line in a couple of weeks. Birky, hopefully you've got the same weather as us, lovely for dog walking. Right, the outside world beckons again.

Morning all - 8 good miles run, some hilly, some fast 5 OR NW a group of ducks enjoying their new pond. PSC, I was a bit more normal o clock this morning, just fancied running in the light and seeing a few more things than normal, got home from work quite late last night and got off the train In the dark which was a little soul sapping. Garage bouncing also complete, has anyone else given Fitness Blender a go yet, their core stuff hurts. Grendel, your day to me sounds like stepping into one of the circles of hell, so best of luck. Hope you feel better for tomorrow MC. Right, boring jobs to be done, then repayment of hot yoga, swim and a curry later.

More than likely as a warm up for Austria,, if I can persuade Mr F he wants to do this and not the Forestman.

Morning all - 5.5 miles and some hardcore garage prance, PW 1 OR 1 NW 1 cat. Gloves stayed at home this morning and I'd have been better off in a vest than T shirt, I'm going to have to go back to the selection of the clothes by the front door until the cold kicks in on a permanent basis. A September holiday sounds like a great idea birky, I have used up all my leave now so it's going to feel like a long stretch until December (see, I didn't say the C word).
