About me:(2006)At present, im training for my 1st marathon, in Dublin. Which i just hope to finish! 4hrs 30min is a dream...Completed my first Marathon in 4hrs 17mins 5seconds, very pleased. (2007)Now training for the Athens Marathon, want to beat 4hrs. Didnt beat 4hrs! LOL Was injured in last month of training, but still finished.30/3/08 Monaco marathon 4hrs 18, treated it as an LSR, as two weeks before FLM.13/04/08 FLM turning into a serial loser! Had a disastrous race, maybe i'll take up knitting...11/05/08 Halstead Marathon, hot!...and slow19/10/08 Amsterdam Marathon, PB 3:58.08next stop, 3:45.00....but not on the next mara...!Hastings Marathon, nice easy run, before next pb attempt, great marathon.19/4/09 Bungay Black Dog Marathon, 3:42.36 ...Mission accomplished!next stop, 3:30.00....but not anytime soon...!3/5/09 Suffolk Heritage coast Marathon, excellent route, hard under foot!10/5/09 Halstead Marathon 4.16 something, 1 minute faster than last year, how?19/7/09 50 mile challenge 10.31 (hrs!)London Marathon 2010 (4hrs 30..wtf, wanted 3hrs 30)Halstead Marathon 2010 (4hrs 30 with a rucksack)Lakeland 100 2010, total failure, only did 66 of 103 miles, useless.
