About me:Started running back in the 80's after watching Seb Coe and Steve Ovette at the Olympic games, 1984 I think, I was 17. I was always the kind of child that never walked anywhere...why walk when you can run...lol...my daughter is just the same. Had a good few years as a club runner representing my country (Wales) 5 times at cross country until injury forced me to stop. Now 39 and just started back running :o)
