Mega tight calf!!

hi, my calf is that tight that its now pulling on my shin. All i ever seem to do is stretch. that is even waiting for bus, watching tv, at work while cleaning. Iv been told tennis ball last week from my physio but still no diffrence. He also gave me sprorts massage and said i do have major issues with it but i can only afford see him once a month.

At the mo im worrid as got a half in 12 days then kilomarathon 4 weeks after that. Any more tips i may find useful could help me. Im planning after 4 mile on mon im just going strtch till race day  in hope I be ok to get round the course.

going look on you tube later on i think as never thought of that.

I'm already lactose intolerance. Dr told me im allergic to chemical in the air. Can't bbs girly girl as allergic to mascara and wax that I need b on drip. Hate it but use to it. Its flared up due to stress and economy I can't change. Lol

Sounds fab. Asda on Tuesday so have pick some up then. I use to b bad as a child but its just flared up. Allergies I have tons if. Lol

Mine round shoulder and under arm. I try talc if don't clear up. As its down to stress im hoping it clear before race in 3 weeks.

I had vaseline on to stop chaffing. So it didn't help, but thanks any way

Is there any cream U can put on eczma to stop stinging pain from your sweat while out running?

Thanks for all your support it really did help. I went out for slow ten miles today and no pain like Wednesday so convenience it was dehydration as culprit. Feel better now gone out again but don't think I could gone further than what I did with heat and fact it was hill run.
Emmy you got sweat shop near you as that's run club I do and recommend to s couch potato as do 0-2, 2-5, 5-7 building up over 8 weeks. I use it for speed work as im a plodder on my own. The only down side with mine in no toilets hence why I was dehydrated as avoid drinking in case i need the loo.

Thanks again all of you as really felt low yesterday.

Off out to motor bike rally on weekend so glad for the sun. So far ironing done and bedroom. I b fine. It may sound stupid but im missing the routine of going work. When at work I moan not enough hours in a day. Lol can't win. Think early night and up at 6 for long run before we go camping.
Got 7 weeks till my half marathon so plenty of time as already done 12.5m run so a day off not hurt me.

thanks, think im going make carb dinner as its comfort food for tonight. then do my physio tonight to then c if im ready for my fortnightly long run tomz instead. like my sis said if i get off the lap top and start doing the gardening and house work its still exercise.
