About me:Ran at school (without being that great) but then stopped for over 20 years as other things took priority. Got back into running in late 2005 as I got a place in FLM. Haven't looked back and managed to feel a whole load more energised as well as shedding a few pounds into the bargain. Now up to 15 marathons plus a couple of Ultras for some "fun".PBs: 5K: 18:48(Apr 14), 10K: 39:55 (Jul 11), HM 1:26:32 (Nov 13), Marathon 3:06:53 (Apr 14)Targets for 2014: sub 3:10 at London and cycle from Surrey to Yorkshire to go and watch the Tour de France
