About me:I have been running for around 5 years now. I started for fitness (for rugby) but then kept upping the mileage and found, to my complete shock, that the further I ran the more I enjoyed it. I'm now completely hooked and have run 7 marathons as well as many other shorter distance races. I run 10Ks around 43 mins and half-mara's around 1:34. Until this year my marathon time was consistently around the 4hr mark. I was convinced I should be able to run considerably faster and this year I notched up a massive 26 min PB! Buoyed by this result I'm now looking to go faster and achieve a sub 3:30.
