Posted: 07/05/2015 at 12:32

I got a large and need a medium.. Well that serves me right for running so slowly that only the big ones were left !

Why am I so tired after a run?

Let us know what the results are Sally. I go through stages of feeling totally wiped out after running so interested to see if low iron is the cause.

Polar M400

Big thumbs up for the M400 - I purchased mine in early Jan when the battery failed on my garmin.

Its really easy to use and the iphone Ap is easy to navigate.  I like the fact that I can wear it all the time and use it as a daily activity tracker (bit like a fitbit) but also use it as a training monitor while running.  The heart rate monitor is on a soft strap that is more comfortable than the Garmin one, so I've used it more... Definatley very pleased that I bought it.

Disney MArathon 2016

Hi.  We've  been lucky enough to have done the marathon weekend for the last four years (goofy then dopey) and love it.  As bullit has said Staying on the disney site is very convenient but we find, as we don't do the parks, it's more cost effective to hire a car and stay nearby. We recently stayed in a condo at lake buena vista resort and spa and it was a perfect location.  Easy to get to the Epcot start line and great for relaxing afterwards. There is a big Walmart nearby to stock up on pasta and chicken.   The marathon is grest fun but not a pb course as there are a lot of run walkers who take part but if you go with a relaxed attitude I'm sure You will love it.

Hi. Our fourth year this year - if you go you won't regret it   It sells out really quickly (in hours for the dopey) as a tip if you check the run disney site in the week after the event They normally do a 'sign up for email notification'. If you register they will inform you when entries are due to open.
