9 miles last night 1hr07 starting to get loads of niggles heel,knee and hip/back i'm in bits

Massage really hurts and a bit sore today so will take a day off

nice day for a cycle ride

NR got massage booked for later got a few niggles need looking at my normal lower back and glutes allways 1st on the battering list got a sore inside left knee normaly a tight quad is the culprit and on the same leg heel pain so this is going to be fun

opted out of speedwork last night for a solid 8 mile run around our 1k loop while all others got on with the speed work

hope whatever you decide goes well

NR yes not bad glutes /lower back bit tender but after 13 miles you should ache a little glad your leg is on the mend

NR  not easy but be patient and thanks for the support today

swansea half marathon 1hr 28.33  didn't enjoy last 2 miles too much back and fro but a nice race all the same

off out later to an all you can eat indian

NR its good to rest up  we don't do enough of it

just back from cardiff park run 19.18 2 seconds slower than last time suffered with humid conditions

next up swamsea half marathon will be staying down my sons tonight

another lovely day

cosmeston went well last night i came 1st in vm 50 in my leg and we got silver in the vets leg 3miles 17.51 a huge pb

no running till saturday now need a rest

6.16 miles 47.51 downsides glutes not good

tuna pasta bake followed by rhubarb and custard
