hanging on here went out on the town last night saw a cracking band too

NR  hope the bbq went well it was a lovely day for it

BOFFIN not done that parkrun you can't beat left overs

BOFFIN ive had a few near scrapes with tractors on country lanes but in my post van nice food too,what parkrun did you do

NR lovely workout as always

had a good day so far did parkrun 19.54 and 1st vm50 then did another 5.17 miles 35.54

followed by a full cooked breakfast

NR cracking day stayed on the bay even took a swim in the sea quite warm never made clyne we went to dick bartons then the west cross inn will get there soon

a hilly 5 miles rather humid 38.29

Boffin invade when ever you like its just me and nutty left on hereits sometimes worth the long drive for a race you can make a weekend of it

NR lovely workout  yes we had strawberries too got a plant out garden they coming along nicely and so are the rasberries

did a nice 8 miles towards pontsarn and back not gone that way for a long while 59.46 in cracking sunshine

tomorrows plan a picnic on swansea bay then a stroll to clyne gardens

MORNING from a rather damp merthyr

NR i think my niggles are improving i'm keeping my mileage very low and avoiding speedwork with the club hopefully settle soon just entered london marathon again 16th visit yes we plan to take a walk around clyne gardens soon

NR i never been through clyne gardens was going there yesterday but to  wet

i did penaltta parkrun today up and down mixed coarse 20.00 then went to swansea for my grandson's 2nd birthday party

NR had a lovely time down swansea never made it to the gower we stopped at the bay by 360 couple of hours there a lite lunch stroll to mumbles and back then evening in the woodmans cracking day

today is our 32nd wedding anniversary so a quite meal with a bottle of prossecco

5 trail runs done 45.29 loads of stop start kept meeting ex work colleges so more of a run talk run
