NR yes its the hardest and best i done

5 very cold windy miles 39.12 legs still not recovered, massage later,planning 15 to 20 miles friday

NR its a big help having lighter nights for the training

want to go to club tonight but not looking too good no real issues other than sore all over from the weekend got a massage booked tomorrow got a feeling its going to hurt

NR sorry your run didn't go well atleast your next run went well

GF excellant mate fair play

i had a lovely weekend in devon saturday nights meal was a cracker cod in parsley and butter batter i had the large portion 2 huge pieces of cod

the grizzly 20 was a brute very high winds 3hr29.29 getting slower every time but my training was poor for this but the back was perfect pain free

NR i even did what you are good at took a tumble coming off the mountain apart from the mud and embarrasement no arm done

GF nice going mate them 3 shifts will fly by

nice 9 miles 1hr09.48 the best i felt in ages onwards and upwards now resting for the grizzly in seaton devon on sunday 20miles off road race

GF rest them feet ready for newport

NR I WANTED TO QUIT BUT WAS WORRIED ABOUT HOW COLD I WAS GETTING lovely meal and running

result atlast the doc is sending me for a xray and she said if anything shows up i can have a mri scan

club night tonight hill reps x 20  9 miles 1.15.31

NR yes i think the time limit put loads off by the time i got to the canal i all but gave up the cold got the better of me

off to docs soon don't expect much change there funnily back not so bad but i will lay it on thick

GF good run again no newport for me i'm down in seaton devon doing the grizzly off road race 20 miles on beach cliff climbs etc

NR excellant result for you yesterday i came a poorly 44th how many women was in you race looked like a lot there
