NR very nive work,but mostly i love your meals

GF excellant running again your a machine

JD same for you mind boggles but fair play to you,can you explain the stretch while watching tv its right up my lazy streetyou can't beat chilli con carne

well here goes massage with ultrasound yesterday still tight today but no more pain these people are gods to us,whats more managed a tempo run with no hassle applying heat and ice now mainly as a precaution

8.54 miles 59.32 and avoided the rain,hopefully with more rest leg be ok for sundays half marathon

2 large plate fulls of tuna pasta bake

JD nice workout,don't know about summer back bloomin cold tonight

GF cracking miles  (nutts )

speedwork tonight 2 mile warm up 5 miles 32.35 and 2 mile warm down bloomin adductor very tight and painful during warm down same injury as 3 weeks ago

lazy day yesterday seen mens marathon and rest of the last day with a very foggy head

sorry its short and sweet but struggling after last night meal in the mango house washed down with a few cobra in cefn coed then moved on to the lord raglan on the real ale butty bach
