NR you had a busy day as well

managed 10 miles last night 1hr 16 the groin strain i picked up tuesday in speedwork is ok if i keep the pace down going to rest up today if ok tomorrow doing the 4 mile summer series on the oft coarse in llandaff

HERE'S MY DAY went down swansea has my eldest son lives there parked by verdies walked to the lido and back saw alex out running with c.parker ,g.aryers ,andy renolds then went to yallops for large fish and chips then speedwork with club but now got a groin strain to add to my list 5.92 miles in 40 mins

nice day for a walk and nice food

NR not got varicose veins but its a toothache like pain from hip right down to my heel

just back from a stroll around kenfig nature reserve

lovely meal  enjoy your runwarm out

NR my sports masseur suggested the same thing i raced today no problems but now got hip pain tight knee,tendon below knee tight and heel pain all on the left leg

glad all is good with your run

NR  something really odd going on with all my left side started with hip/back pain,then inside of knee tight and sore ,then left heel painful achillies feels tight had a massage no better noe the tendon below left knee tight and painful seems to a lot of issues going on all on the left leg

going to give magor 10k a go tomorrow hopefully it will loosen it up all this started after swansea half

9 miles last night 1hr07 starting to get loads of niggles heel,knee and hip/back i'm in bits

Massage really hurts and a bit sore today so will take a day off
