NR yes should be resting but thought i would loosen legs has my selfish club insits on a team time trial sunday for castles relay no consideration for us marathon runners bike walk and run very busy for you

yeh nice offroad run done around aberdare 5.55 miles 42.08

LTS yes foam roller still useable its one of those 3ft long ones and luckily they only chewed the one end i can't blame them as i left it lying around,has for the massage they are important but i dread them i was with magic hands last week now he really does hurt

thanks all for the good wishes although i miss him he had cancer and at the end quality of life was zero and he had enough

NR hope it's not to cold on your walk ,bit fresh here

GF how's the niggles with you hope they on the mend

LTS yes the old massage helps but sure hurts

bit of an eventful day on way for massage not been to is new place as i normaly go wednesday so took sat nav and lost reception 2 miles from place but eventually found it,when got home we got guinea pigs i left in a rush forgot to lock them up left my foam roller on the floor anyway they took a big chunk out of it but luckily at the end so still good to use

did a short 2 miles before massage 15.05
