NR not summer weather for your run

8 very hilly mountain run a bit misty mile 3 to 4 1hr 02 painfree not said that for a while hopefully the hamstring is settling down

sweet potatoe and smoked haddock later

then out on the town with my old workmates

NR similar tea i had fish rice and salad nice miles too

club speedwork i'm too old for that

2 mile warm up 1 mile warm down 3 mile session 17.57

simple marmalade and toast

a beautiful day it is was going to go to langorse lake for the afternoon but things cropped up so will go to club speedwork instead

NR  saw the results oustanding running,yes your well on the way back

BOFFIN thanks its a great event the train sounds the horn when it arrives plus they post train time which was 1hr 48.18 phew a tad close

NR welcome back,nice  workout yes the weekend is year

BOFFIN excellant boff junior hope your on the mend

race the train my time 1hr 46.53,train normally does 1hr 47 so hopefully beat it for the 3rd time in 4 attempts aching all over now

hake and chips my reward

BOFFIN yes you bang on the money,except i wont stop runningdid another 6 miles on the mountain yesterday 3miles up and back quads tender today so will take 2 rest days has i'm doing race the train in tywyn saturday 15 miles fell race against the train

nothing wrong with a takeaway now and again

we got corned beef pie later now i'm the bad boy

NR  not decided on swansea yet but going to have to soon,finally had my hamstring trouble diagnosed its high hamstring tendonopathy ,had a massage again yesterday can't shift it grr,its worse when sitting especially the car,luckily or stupid i can run with it but sometimes painful

BOFFIN yes afon taf is 3 miles from me my wife's old school,lovely picture,yes not fully committed to swansea either

NR great to catch up yesterday yes a lovely event no overly impressed with my time but has you say if you going to race all the time the tank will soon empty
