AFTERNOON

BOFFIN glad you managed to squeeze a run in,its good for morale if you can pass people during the run

jacket potatoes firm favorite here goes down well with most things

time to visit dentist here been having mild discomfort when eating also getting sore throats not sure if its a cold begining off week i was now my left ear playing up feels bunged up grr

BOFFIN yes i agree thats why i was scared to walk it haunts you

NR lovely food nice miles too

speedwork with club 1.50 mile warm up 5.41 mile speedwork 38.57,1 mile warm down

ate very well today spag boll dinner,beef stirfry tea now 2 toast and marmalde followed by strawberries and sugar

BOFFIN AS LONG AS YOU STILL ENJOY IT THATS WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT,yes i'm a food lover too

8 hilly miles done struggled out there very nearly walked one hill no energy today the rain didn't help  1hr 02

MORNING

rather damp here was going to do magor marsh 10k but picked up a cold so going to chill

NR where's your next race i'm planning on welsh champs 5k then race the train

BOFFIN shame you didn't come over as i don't know if we ever metcastle coch is pitueresque too

roast beef coming up

followed by the F1 and tour de france i loves lazy days

BOFFIN yes 1600 is a tad too far for me too,glad you got your run done

good day here out last night to see a live band then decided as i was awake would do

Llech owain park run 20.07 not bad with a hangover and 1st vm50

NR  can't believe you not gone up pen y fan yetgo on a cloud free day views are fab

BOFFIN yes 1600 is a killer worse when we had to repeat it grr,enjoy your afternoon out hope it stays nice for you

rather fed up here i use strava to download training for some reason its stopped working

BOFFIN nice walking up pen y fan brilliant on a clear day,enjoy the theartre, thats not an excuse you got a busy schedule ,the work out is not on the track but a messured squre 1k flat path got every 100 marked out

ok here we go again not been getting notifications its a pain when that happens

did 6 miles yesterday 46mins today did club session 1600,1200,800,400 with 100 recoveries 2 reps 5.20 miles 34.55

NR nice running ,training and meals may do merthyr but cardiff doubtful roman run day before

BOFFIN  nice reporting london very exspensive nice running lovely food too,busy on the farm too

BOFFIN all the best in the big smoke,nice homemade food the best

NR my sleep pattern is behond woke up 2.51am a while before i nodded off again glad you felt good in the run

newport parkrun 20.03 bit annoying has 2nd vm50 1st vm50 1second in front great

a full cooked breakfast just wolfed down
