hi all no racing for me over the festive period 1st time not to race since 1990's with the back the way it is and familly sleeping up decided to have a proper fanily xmas

NR nice running and eating can't seem to cure this back but going to keep training

GF  all the best with high tide boxing day,can't do 28th over my parents for the day

its cardiff for me saturday running club xmas bash

NR Very nice running and a lovely place for lunch

went to club tonight 1st time in 6 weeks did speed session 8 x 1k with 2 mins rest
ave pace for k's around 3.45

8.52miles 1hr 01.19 and a damn good soaking

weather was grim to say the least extremely windy head on from top of golf links to finish i did what you do very well at i fell coming out of the river crossing don't know how has there was nothing to fall over silly me

NR nice running, merthyr mawr went very well suprising the shape i'm in 4 mins quicker than last year mainly because i got over the big dipper 2 mins quicker so less queing

NR nice running and even better you kept dry,back still playing up but atleast i'm back running even if its only short runs

4 miles in the bag think the cold is finally going no back pain either felt more myself 30.20

yes had a massage ouch did the legs but spent most of session on my back he said if it don't improve to see a chiropractor

got 4 miles in before i went 30.35
