NR park run was not my best 20.42 legs felt heavy and tired weather was appalling wanted to do my sunday long run but only got 12 miles down it was too cold and wet to carry on

went out with friends last night so no running today

doing cardiff parkrun tomorrow if weather ok will do some extra miles around cardiff after

NR great result cracking picture its great getting something back from the sport we love always say no pain gain and your a excellant example of that

result from xray not good but atleast i have finally found out whats wrong the top 3 discs around shoulder blades are starting to fuse together with bone growth on the edges was adviced against the op has the risks outway the benefits if it went wrong i could end up with neck or arm parralysis they told me the problems to be aware of and to manage the pain as long as i can

8.20 miles leggings and coat back on gone very cold again 59.45 felt at ease with my run tonight

NR excellant result, off to doctors today to see results on xray on my back its been 3 weeks since i had the xray they don't half drag it out

NR yes hope massage helps don't know if i told you i'm taking early retirement last shift is friday 27th march

merthyr tydfil half 1hr 30.46 plus did 4 extra miles no knee pain its only tight when sitting down and coming down stairs very odd

CRACKING DAY FOR SOLAR ECLIPSE

8 miles yesterday bit of a rush to fit in knee very tight 1.02.59

then out to my retirement party

NR  nice running again i'm pretty good seeing doctors monday to check out the xray on my back which oddly been great lately,knee still sore and tight not had massage yet
