WELL WHAT CAN I SAY  did exmoor stagger today should have been a tad over 15 miles ended up doing 17.14 miles in 2.35.38,race clock time 2.41.12

we got lost around 11 miles we were running on the main a39 road to minehead not reccomended when the race officials gave us a lift back to rejion the race the time differance was when i paused my watch in the car as i was not running then

my cold is even worse ,ear will be sorted wednesday so can't see me running this week

special chow mien rice and chips and a few magners

well my health is taken a full hit got a blocked ear it will be syringed wednesday after a months wait got a stinking cold of my lad ,back is knackered so going to start the stagger tomorrow if bad will drop down to the stumble thats only 6 miles

just been excepted via the ballot for the grizzly next march

off out now to a retirement party but coming home 7pm for a curry and get ready for tomorrow

just done 6 miles 46.12 had to stop breifly back very painful yesterdays massage never sorted it got exmoor stagger sunday 16mile mountain run will decide saturday if going or not luckily no other races entered and got 2 weeks in lanzarote soon

no problems with notifications here

speedwork tonight not ideal developed a bad back last few days luckily i got a massage pre booked for tomorrow so hopefully sort it

Morning all

GF snowdonia getting near now

not much running for me this week rest day today,speedwork tuesday,massage wednesday then 1 easy jog before exmoor stagger sunday 16 miles fell race minehead upto dunkery beacon and back

NR very nice workout

2nd race of weekend complete gwent league 6.34 miles 43.38 very tired on and off

garmin worked but noticed condensation inside glass so its in a box of rice trying to dry it out

NR nice running my son loves the bay view he now lives in the hafod

park run today was a coarse pb 19.07 should be happy but i'm not garmin would not turn on pretty sure it cost me a sub 19
