just back from swansea had a lovelly meal in pub on the pond,large sunday roast with pig tails and 3 yorkshire puds

swansea time 38.44 perfect weather for it

NR  sorry only a short chat but thanks for the advice with my ear its awkward running when its blocked ,nice running and same dinner as me

NR/GF MIND MADE UP I SHALL DO 10K ,reason being i've entered 10k so be a bit silly to do bristol with the extra costs and waste my number but just found out alex wants a number but its a bit late now as told my mate i don't want is bristol entry

NR  saw the doctor need it syringe but can't be done till 24th oct don't think this nhs is working out to well lately

NR got a doctors appointment for later today,i didn't get alot of quality sleep last night,so phoned up and said i can't wait any longer

NR   ( gf ) as got laptop issues lovely walk and evening meal,yes i'm got a swansea entry but been offered a bristol half entry too will let you know what i decide to do

NR docs oppointment on 30th sept bloomin joke if your a animal you can see vet same day the ear is blocked but what gets to me more is this constant ringing  lovely place for a walk
