union flag* (union jack is only when flown on a ship)

anyway, i dont know how good they would be to run in, but Primark do a Union flag pair of shorts that are loud, they are the swim type with a pant liner too so they should be ok, and only about £4 probably so not an expensive loss. try them out before running to make sure they dont chafe though.

i'm not a fan of the tom tom displays, in terms of data fields and swim metrics, the 910 is miles ahead of it, if you're a numbers geek, depends on how much info you want, i'm pretty sure the 910 is due for replacement some time soon, but how far in the future i dont know.

i'd probably tie your shoe laces together secretly at the start line in case we happened to be on the same mile at some point.

ive become more and more bothered by the idea in the past 5 years, since getting married and starting a new life overseas, i worry more about my son and wife's loss than i do my own though.

Anyone done a marathon in Vibrams or similar shoes?

my achilles woke up when i switched to zero drop, but as a result i'm faster and run more comfortably (these may be a by product of just being a more experienced runner now too, coincidence maybe)

Grass vs road times
