Sorry to have taken a while to get back.
Well day 13 of running every day done and now a bit confused. As per your last answer been going nice and steady on longer runs and then giving it a go at park run Saturday.
The good news is sure Im getting fitter longest run so far today a nice steady 13 in 2 hours including a walk break in the middle for food/drink. Legs feel fine this PM
Im tired going to bed at 9 every day feeling shattered but fine in the morning.? Shortest run has been a mile twice.
I should no what Im doing after 10 years but 7 in 7 is a whole new challenge. Also didn't ask your view about my time targets. I am usually around 4 hours for a marathon so have set my target as all sub 5. Does that seem sensible.?
