sub 4 hour group,if anyone wants to get together

Posted: Today at 08:17

Kelvin The last 2 years the pacer for sub 4 has been called Keith (I think again this year) but either way in the baggage area look as the helpers where the pacers are.. Most of them will be together find him and stay with him. Once you get to the start its to late. When I did it with Keith he was doing 9mm miles until about 18 then allowed the pace to drop as people tired.

Susan that's brilliant news

Howard You know where you are

2 weeks with nothing over 5 miles for me but legs feel nearly recovered. 2 weeks today I will be in Richmond  so apart from 1 more run at night by the canal and a couple of 5 milers that's it. Every time I do the maths I get the same answer I will finish which for someone who has always had a GREMLIN to carry round with him that's GOOD NEWS.

10.38 at SDW50 THAT was super tough probably harder than comrades. No blisters us the big news spent a long time on my feet this morning the thought of running back to the start is not great but I could walk it alll and finish so now know it's one for the brain as well as the body
