morning

turbo for me today, bit warm for turbo sessions, but dark and foggy outside so didn't want to risk it

bit upset that I'm not a youngster anymore, valis! I go to the back for parkruns anyway, I know my place

evening all

pippi - blimey, hope you aren't too sore

yums, that was a speedy run

Sarah - my kids are older than yours but when they were that age they used to totally wear me out! Now they just want to play computer games

well, I am feeling loads better and even went out for a little run to get some fresh air

Chris - sounds like it is all going really well

I have had a virus for the last 5 days and today eventually felt well enough to get out and had a slow 4 mile run. Mind you I was doing 60/30 and ran most of the 3rd mile with just a 30 sec walk at half way. Pleased with that as in the last few months I had switched to mainly 30/30 to make it easy and avoid any injuries. Have to say legs are feeling great

I will probably go back to my running club on Tuesday
