razor - yep, Southwell, as I am local won't have to get up too early and should be home for lunch

I am thinking about woodhall spa too, I have done it twice and enjoyed it, although it is a bit further for me to go!

I am wondering whether to enter the local sprint tri on 19th April, this weather isn't tempting me much though! It would be instead of Manchester...

done nothing today

razor - if you have the same winds we have here I am not surprised you found it tough

I haven't been outside on the bike yet either, and today will not be the day I head out on it! It is hard enough to walk

morning

nothing yet for me, had to wait for the gas man to come and sort and service the boiler, and now just don't feel like doing anything. Going to get jobs done and appointments made to get kids hair cut etc etc - all the boring things

yeah, it can't have gone too far - I did the tour of sufferlandia at the end of January and was feeling really fit and running well as well feeling strong on the turbo!

steady - yes, that is my bit

sorry about your father in law, a difficult time for you all

razor - well done on the running this week, and maybe it was just as well that the weather made you take it easy

I haven't been on here, or training much, applied for second in dept job at school and then they suddenly brought the interviews forward so it was panic stations to get prepared and do all my normal work too! I got it though

on easter hols now, so going to try to get some consistency and fitness back. Realistically I think Manchester is out, a shame but I would rather run shorter distances and have the time to build up the bike too - only 2 months till outlaw half and I am feeling much less fit than I was 2 months ago and the grammar of that sentence sounds bad

well, a turbo and a swim for me today - same yesterday only it was 2 swims yesterday because I had to take my son as well as my normal club swim. See - the swimming is going very well I am hoping to get a 4k swim in at some point this week - I am off now but the kids at school so I should be able to drop them off and get to a pool that is a bit further away but has a lane session all day long!
