podds - sorry, are you back? Have a good trip back

JFF/DL - I hate colds, that bunged up nose feeling that stops you from being able to sleep

slept better last night so not grumpy with kids today, but did get grumpy with another teacher who wanted some kids to miss a maths lesson to do something with a 6th former which could easily be done at lunch time. I think I won the battle!

evening

welcome Paul - that is a good time for 8.4k

3 consecutive nights of not sleeping well is making me grumpy

hoping for a good sleep tonight or god help any annoying children tomorrow

meldy, have a good trip back, weather is ok here at the moment - beautiful evening in fact, so ended up running 5.5 miles rather than the 4 I planned on

well done meldy, sounds like the weather was awful

I did the Robin Hood half marathon today, boring course that didn't exactly showcase the city of Nottingham but never mind. Not a pb but I did a negative split and the last mile was the fastest, so pretty happy with that Not sure if I would bother again
