Well done to miniyums

Podds I hope the day went well

No idea about the results at the school I have just left. I messaged the head of maths asking about my class but have been ignored (I know she has read the message)

Also the school does not seem to have put out a press release as there is nothing either on the school website or that of any of the press. So I am guessing that results were not good. Sad for the kids but the way the school have been carrying on I am not surprised. When I get back from hold I may still be able to log into the school system and find some results

Yes I should Get an email I did for outlaw half. I think they are still letting people preregister up until Monday anyway. I had an email today saying entries open on 2nd but probably later in the morning than they did for the half. We can sort out the weekend before who will do the entry?

Steady _ will you be able to do the bike?

Any witty ideas for a team name?

Coco sounds like an amazing holiday

DL sounds like you are having fun with FC2

Cheesey sorry to hear about the DNF but sounds like it was the right decision. You did amazingly well to cover the miles you did with a dodgy tummy

Nogs sounds like the wedding went well and it's great that Amelia got to be part of it

Well done on the HIIT session chili I don't think it is something that would appeal to me!

Chris what a brilliantly positive post! I have done as few run/walks while I have been here but not ass many as I would have liled. but in just over a week I have covered over 50 miles between running and walking and the walks have all been pretty tough. Last time we were here two years ago was the start of my bad knee injury. I am pretty sure that it was steep descent on a hike that did it so I am determined for that not to happen.

When we are back at home I can build up the long runs again and maybe I will try that 10/30 ratio and see how it goes for me
