Just a Little Bit Further - 2014

evening all

oh, hope this thread doesn't die off

I have been a bit busy at parents evenings, both as teacher and parent and am looking forward to half term!

Jude - hope your heel heals - try lots of calf stretching, heel drops, and maybe tape up the bottom of your foot, you will probably find instructions on youtube. I really hope you can make the marathon

I have been a bit lazy and greedy lately, so getting fatter and unfit, but I have given myself till half term to relax a bit

I have done nothing again (well, apart from work and I had parents evenings on Monday and Tuesday so I am pretty tired)

cake - you must have been mad going out on the bike yesterday!!

evening all

I have had a few lazy and piggy days of eating loads doing no exercise

that needs to stop before it becomes a habit though!

haha, you'll get used to it quickly

ad a good swim this evening, didn't do any running or biking - gosh Sundays are long when you don't spend half the morning running! And it is annoying having to be around arguing kids! But nice to spend some time with them really

???????????????????????????????? vibes for the return of Merry

the swim was much better than anticipated and found myself having to hold back a bit because I kept catching up the person in front - she did ask if I wanted to swap positions but really I needed to keep it steady!
