feeling a bit washed out today so haven't done a great deal - club swim, but had a nice roast dinner with blackberry and apple crumble for pudding

meldy - when you are pregnant there isn't much you can take - I think gaviscon was what I used. Night time was worst, I think lots of pillows so I wasn't so flat helped

off road duathlon + 10k etc

I have done the 10k before

good, fun day, it is in Sherwood Pines, which is a great place. Mansfield is awful.... (having said that, my inlaws live there!)

podds - good luck to your friends for their swim, I'll have a look and follow them tomorrow

meldy - good luck with the pills, I can imagine how coffee and tomatoes could cause acid reflux. I suffered massively when I was pregnant with it, it was horrendous
