working at it slowly

finally - she got back to the ward about 9pm and is ok. It was me ringing them, but I kept ringing and she wasn't back to the ward and they didn't know anything. Worrying, anyway, at least I can sleep now knowing she is back on the ward and alive

evening all

have read back but not retained much I am afraid

dragon - hope you are ok after the crash - I think if air bags go then the car is generally written off, but don't quote me on that

podds - sounds sensible to withdraw. It is hard to realise we have limits and can't do things, but part of the wisdom that comes with getting older maybe!

mum's op was today - I spent all day at the hospital with her, they took her down to theatre at 2 and said it could be a long time so I came home. Have rung but she isn't back on the ward yet, so going to have a run and ring again when I get back

well done DB - what were you doing in T1?? My transition times are always rubbish though

steady - great ride, well done. I intended doing a 12 mile run, but ended up taking my MTB for a 25 mile ride along the trails, stopping for an ice cream half way
