had a text from the yard yesterday while I was at work to say Murph was quite lame, he's been on and off a few weeks now, so I finished work early so I could get up this morning and go and check him out in case of any vet'nry assistance  .... He's not quite 100% but managed to drag me half way down the drive fairly happily ...will see what he is like later

The first time Aldi did tri suits they were very very see through and looked like they once been white and washed with darks ...not a good look

furthermore if you are not underweight then might I suggest some targetted exercises in the gym and weights might be of more help, assuming of course you can lift them on 1,200 cals a day

That is a ridiculous amount to restrict yourself to

You may well lose weight in the intial weeks but it is not sustainable, it is not healthy and you  run this risk of permanent damage,  You will not be able to train for any type of distacne for long.

You need to research this a bit more and concentrate on what a daily requirement is for someone of your age and height let alone for someone who wants to be active.
