I might have to do the next one wearing loafers

The same loafers you ran Beachy Head in ??

I too have walked an IM marathon, around about 6.30hrs if I remember rightly

You need to be confident at least in the other 2 disciplines to have the time to walk

I think if you ask the GPO he will say he is *never* fed ...

middle of the night posting for me, having a bizzy week but managed to run 12 miles today up to the FGO and back,  what a perfectly miserable day, grey and foggy and misty and steamed up glasses!!  The weather is set to change again with extreme temperatures up in to the teens, that poor old 'oss of mine wont know if he's coming or going !

I am off to the Arts Theatre on Thursday to see Simon Callow in A Christmas Carol, that should set the festive season off nicely, hoping to see the lights in Regent Street also and a spot of supper ... which means I have an extensive 'to do' list between now and waking tomorrow and coming back in to work for 1800.
One of my neighbours is having some building work done and they managed to wake me up this morning so I am not holding out much hope for today.

Then its off to darkest Essex on Saturday for the family bun fight which I have not been able to get out of this year ... I tried !!

Yums did you say you wanted to look after the GPO?  he is at a loose end Christmas Day, I could send him over ?!

MC I am totally with you on the chewing ... how some people manage to make such a noise I do not know

Sluggy, gingers crossed for a smooth chain, I feel I was very lucky not being in a chain at all but I doubt that will ever happen again

as a slight relevance, I have an appointment to make a will, free with the Royal British Legion,  how many friends do I have and who wants what ??

You have a few more waisters to tick off your list yet Chuggs

day 2 of 7 for me, lates and nights to go. I have signed up for a club challenge which is essentially doing an IM over 20 days and am currently thinking it may be less hassle to do it all in one day ...in the gym ...for a laugh ...I may actually do it

on Thursday i am going to Londinium with pal Sue to see A Christmas Carol (starring) with Simon Callow

i really should get on and do my cards before it gets to the stage where I can claim it's too late !

well done to FC, is that the worst bit over do you think ??

Nursey, sounds the right decision to me

I am trying to come to a sensible conclusion regards next years races as well, which at the moment is a fairly easy one given there is nothing in the kitty
