Evening chaps

the GPO wouldn't let a window stop him from a good bout of fisticuffs !

Chuggs, most 'issues' come from the back so your tight hips are likely from tight back/sacro ..this will pull you forwards and may then put the pressure on shins? I would go and see a good physio, regardless of how much chugging you want or intend to do - it's wise to get these things addressed whilst you are still agile enough to do the exercises

a good back/hip stretch :

lie on the bed close to the edge

if your right hand is on the outside of the bed then bring your left leg over and let that hang over he edge of the bed ...you could start with just bringing he leg over before hanging it off the edge but its a good stretch!

Mother of Meldy had her hip replacement done yesterday, she was awake throughout and thoroighly enjoyed herself and was back on the iPad by mid afternoon .... Not heard much from her today so I suspect either the drugs or the novelty has worn off!

Daffs that whole dentist thing sounds quite tiresome let alone painful, almost as painful as a 3 month notice period ... That sounds a little extreme

4 lates, 1 night, 1 late shift all finished, few days off now bar a training day on Thursday for which I have just made a batch of lemon drizzle muffins ....still trying to get used to cooking with a fan oven so they are a bit of a ski slope !!

Many happies Westie, hope the wounds heal !!

DL I think you were in Frome on the anniversary of the death of the lovely Beebs and that is the town she lived in ...you may of course not remember her
