400?? I think thats a tad optimistic?!!!  

I hadn't give it too much thought but my first reaction is how very pricey it is? That said the options are not much cheaper either

But, it needs doing ....I vote for doing the 2 that need doing initially

Sounds like the time taken helped you come to a decision Snaily, of course you'll manage on your own, plenty do and there are plenty of options

Morning all

A lesser spotted panic medic, must be on a similar shift to me!

A swift 5 miles before work, luckily the club run came past my hovel on the way back so I peeled off home which works well when I'm short of time

4 days off now, inc one sleeping!
Poss in to Londinium on Thursday and will shoehorn some training in at some point

Chuggy, how is Monty doing with his run/walk?

GPO seems to have bounced back as he was doing the wall of death round the lounge when I left ..

Not the best days sleep, it was quite warm today? Not helped by having the GPO for company!
