meal out is a great idea if there is not so many of us. I like actually being able to talk at, I mean, to people

A place used to loud groups of people is good.

Sheffield would be great for us. London/Milton Keynes fine too - it is just places off the A1/M1 spine which make the journey really long.

How come Meldy isnt on the list?

Dont think I met you yesterday but tough break EP. It is especially hard not to finish your first. You are definitely not the only person who has had that experience, it is no fun. Dont give yourself a hard time. Recover well

ho-de-ho folks!

We are here, meet a few folks yesterday. Venue looking great and it is going to be hot hot hot!

We have brought a couple of spare wheels, spare tubes, full tool kit and Dr M isnt bad with a wrench. Get in touch if you have a pre-race mechanical.

hello outlaws!

Not here very much but wanted to say hi now we are a month away. Really looking forward to the race. My training so far has been three 1km swims, two and half long bikes, a lot of walking and quite a bit of running. And a hell of a lot of time on my turbo. Slightly alarming when I write it like that but it will do the job.

That's not a stupid question at all EP - I think lots of people will do that, myself included. It is just easier to think with all the stuff laid out in your room. You have to put your numbers on your bike and helmet, write your details on your number etc as well as packaging your bags.

Dog is obviously a request too far. Bananas and gels are really all anyone could ask for.
