foot pain

ok im a new runner, and have been resting the last 2 weeks due to pain in my knees. i think the pain is slowly getting better so am happy there is progess there. i keep getting a pain in my right foot that is niggling me though. i have kind of ignored this as i am rubbish at explaining pain, but today i thought of the right words! basically on the outside of my right foot, approx halfway between my heel and toes, it feels like i have a marble stuck to my skin. its a very dull firm pain. dont think i have ever done an injury that could explain it, and i have had the pain since before running. i also get the occasional twinge in my foot that can be very painful, like osmoene is squeezing the nerves/veins together, and again have had this well before running. it lasts a few seconds then goes, normally happens when sat still not when walking etc. any ideas what this could be as i am worried this will slow my progress more than my knees?

if the cps didnt prosecute that would suggest there wasnt enough evidence to prosecute, which in turn would suggest there is a chance nothign happened. i do agree though looking now at what people sya about him it seems likely, but nobody actually ahs any evidence/proof that i know of. i get why he could be seen as creepy etc tho, just in the time i spent with him myself which was regular and in the right era he was never anything other than friendly, polite and appeared genuine

what a stupid original comment. theres paedos all over the place, its just coincidence that 3 were based NEAR a big city. weird that isnt it, 3 famous people based near a big city. for what its worth ref jimmy saville, when i was a kid i lived in stoke mandeville. i used to see jimmy virtually every day on my way home from school. he would always talk to me, and on more than one occasion bought me lunch during school holidays (used to get to my grandparents by cutting through the grounds of stoke mandeville hospital), but ALWAYS in a public canteen. not once was there a hint of anything untoward eithe rin reality or in his head so far as i could tell. i was well aware at a young age what a paedo etc was as my dad was one of the more senior officers at hmp aylesbury, and i was well aware of who was in there and why etc. im not saying saville is innocent, but i find it odd that not one person properly pursued any complaint while he was alive. amazing that now he's dead the majority seem to think a bit of compensation will make up for what they supposedly went through................ or am ibeing cynical?

knee and feet

i have had sore knees for a week now, having only started running a week before that. i am out of shape, but have been surprised about not being out of breath, just struggling physically. i do walk a lot, so the injury has suprirsed me even more. both knees are extremely painful on the inside just below the kneecap. my doctor has said it is the muscle and has given some exercises to do.

both feet hurt, the soles feel very heavy and hot, and htis is just from walking, never happened before. in particular the outside edge of my right foot is very sore and painful, pretty much halfway between my toes and heel. any ideas what it coudl be? i wear running shoes that i bought from sweatshop having been filmed on a treadmill so am confident my shoes are good for the job
