London Underground Staff Will Strike In Weeks To Comes

Posted: Today at 19:48

But when I go there, I always find the Underground staff very friendly and helpful and I hope they don't lose their jobs.

Me too. But I understood (when this originally came out) that all the required redundancies will be voluntary?

I regularly use a non-manned railway station. Completely non-manned. Nothing very bad seems to happen as a result.

It is difficult to spot when you're running, there are so many other people around you it kind of blocks the view. I've run past it myself and missed it a few years ago.

Rose, sorry, I always panic completely when one of our runners arrives in case they are one of the ones who needs to be handed some gels quickly!  I was probably scrabbling through our bag of things that people were expecting.

'Mature' runners.

Whey Protein

The one thing whey protein is excellent for (again from experience) is draining your wallet!

If you buy it in bulk off the web, and avoid heavily advertised big brands, it's actually one of the cheapest sources of protein in your diet. Much cheaper per amount of protein than meat or fish.

However I agree with everyone that as a runner you don't really need it

I live on full English breakfasts, peanut butter, protein powder, and coffee with skimmed milk. I have no idea why.
