Mr Phil [now a fully paid up member of the sub 20 club!]

About me:came back to running in 2003 after a few years off playing rugby. Arrived back 3 stone heavier! 2006 was a write off with a leg injury, but 2007 has seen a return to former glories! what will 08 bring??
