Limper, in Felpham, next house up from Blake's Cottage

Melds, I know that not to be true. I haz seen photos of him looking most un-retired!

I have the best image of Murph now, Melds.

Look at you all growing up in Ercol-Land. I'm a bit of a retro girl I must confess...we have a nest of G-plan tables that our deceased next door neighbour's sister gave to us, I just have to give them a little bit of love (when I get the chance!) and they'll be beautiful.

We've had a horrible thing in the village today thanks to all the storms recently. It looks as though a flint wall collapsed due to storm damage and was blown onto an old man and his dog as they were walking by. Dog killed instantly and the old chap has two broken legs. Just awful

Ahhh, good-oh FeFe, we are aiming to be at Brighton cheering on as we have a fair few friends running - now we can add you to the Stalking List too

We have gone British-born sofas, namely Ercol, made close to the land of Meldy-Moo and Spotty I believe...the toughest bit was choosing the colours (we've gone for large & medium sofas, plus footstool in a sensible colour and the chair in something less sensible!)...

Everything appears to be standing in our garden, the only casualty was the recycle bin (but I was asleep when D rescued it), can't see anything else. We've had a quick look at the sea as it looked so "raging" out of the window...and will go back in a bit at high tide as there's some serious wave action out there! Not sure if it will calm enough by lunchtime for D to have his planned "Board Meeting"  ;)

I love that the animals are having duvet days - seems very sensible to me.

Limper, come to Bognor parkrun one Saturday, we have a lot of Chi parkrun visitors at the moment, what with the field at Chi being a quagmire and all...and cake, think of the cake  ;) We are a four lap course but it's all squiggly so you get to see people and from about one mile in I get passed by all the speedy folk and then from about two miles I get passed by the slightly less speedy folk, so mostly it's 3 miles of saying hello and well done as I trot along. I like it.

Mmmmm....muffins. I hope you've got some black pudding and a nice yolky eggy to go in it Dave. Unless you're a veggie, in which case, ignore the black pudding comment!

Brill, Deb - much faster than you thought. Have a nice run this morning

Ooooh, Dave....home-made bread. I could never be one of those non-carb-eating folk. I just couldn't cope without bread or mashed potato

Seren, I too am wondering alongside Schmunks. I'm kind of hoping you stayed home but I wonder. The thought of bike miles may outweigh everything...

Limper, our parkrun is now Bognor Regis, we spent many years with Bushy as our home run (from 2006-2014) but when we moved to the seaside (to husband's home village), Bognor parkrun started the same week. Anyone would think we'd have had insider info  ;)

Beautiful sunshine down here today, almost makes me wish I'd entered the Chichester 10k, except for the fact that it's a howling gale! FeFe, are you doing the Bookham today? I do love those finish tee shirts, such great designs.

Happy Sunday everyone!

I'm not a tri-afflete, Limper (well, I have been known to pootle up the Prom on my bike and the last time I swam was in Hawaii *place name dropper* as I am married to someone who is reasonably decent at the try-aff-er-lonning)...I do drag my sorry self around parkrun most Saturday mornings and occasionally up and down that there Prom too.

My parkrun was dreadful this morning, but the chocklit brownies I'd made went down well (we have Cake Club at our parkrun, run, eat cake, bake some if you fancy and people put a bit of cash in a pot which goes towards parkrun funds or charity).

Oh and then we went to order the sofas (technically two sofas, a chair and a footstool) - I'm very excited. Only have to wait until May

Shortly we will find our way to the sailing club to watch the rugby (aka drink cyder whilst pretending to watch men run around with an ovoid ball)...all is good.

Hope your run went well Deb and glad your head is less muzzy Seren.
