About me:Having started running just before my 52nd birthday 3 years ago I've now completed Four 10k's, Three 10 mile and Two half M's, was hoping to complete my first marathon before my 55th Birthday but a persistent Achilles problem put an end to that, so having had a very frustrating summer it's back to training now (slowly) and hopefully a spring marathon to come. Only trouble is starting this late in life my times are not great (approx 10min/mile), just wish I'd started earlier in life.
