Hello, can anyone help at all?
My question is what to eat all day to fuel my evening run/track session at around 6 / 6.30pm....
I'm up at 5.45 start work at 7.30 to 4pm.
Age Cat 45/49 - Female. Weight 119lbs. 5ft tall
Run Saturday to Thursday.
Not getting the best out of my running at the minute and feeling tired in an afternoon.
Supplements: 2 spartone iron am.
Can anyone help please.........
