My trainingwas much the same as yours. I pulled a hamstring(grade 1 pull) on March 3. I didnt run for several days then started running again. To start with i ran only one or two miles each day stretching after every mile. In the second week i increased the mileage but continued to stretch after each mile.In the last three weeks I have completed long runs of 19,21 and 20. After all my runs I have iced the leg and after long runs taken cold baths. I hope to do the London Marathon in two weeks. I am now starting my taper. Ideally I could have done with a couple more weeks but I am optimistic that things are looking ok now. I would recommend you do lots of stretching and start running again but don't over do it. I reckon you could still get in a long run before 6th May. If it hurts stop running immediately. You have enough training in the bag to get you round, may be not as quickly as you would like, but I would go for it.
