The wanderer returns, had trouble finding this thread isn't in the list of threads under training. But have found you
Can't remember what I said last time I was here but hours changed at work just do 2 all nights and 3 afternoon shifts (long story)
Though may have to revert to nights temporarily as re near ahem Christmas
Anyhow its enabled me to start this running lark again but overweight and slow and like a beginner again
This is week 4 and as of Monday was up to 17 minutes running
No real ambitions atm but working to 5k/parkrun
How are you all?
