Mava congrats again. Funnily enough I remember reading in a book years ago best thing you can do to aid recovery post marathon is to go dancing, maybe something in that.

Was planning on 5 miles and probably a run walk looked in my Van Aaken book to get an idea of a workout came up with 10 x 350 m run, 50 m walk then 5000m run at a pace 4 minutes slower than best
I take that as current best so 34 minutes or 33:39 to be exact
I did 32:50 (10:34 pace)
Good run warm but coped with it
