Only ran 3 times this week sort of cut  back week rested Fri/Sat with plan to do 4 miles today I did. it was warm, there were hills. 10:45 pace it was tough but  happy

Well raced OH and LMH in  not  so kind conditions

Chicksta what a calamity. But well done  on your position. Excellent  tactics

I did plan  a  sort of cut back week but with the secret plan of running 4 miles today

3 runs  this week with 2 days rest in  between  figuring going  for my long run rested

What: 4.04 miles tad windy but not as bad as LMH/OH experienced  warm. avg pace 10:45 (with hills)

LMH I know you are right - once my miles build up it will get  better legs just not used to it, like they are saying what the hell happened

Nice  pressie from Wabo. That's what I thought  when I got my hoop it was huge compared to the old one but easier to use. Hope you'll enjoy it

Ceal - I wouldn't call it racing  have put on a bit of weight since  I was last running properly about 20-22lbs working on losing  that about 8lbs of that in the last year according to my blog from last April.

That's some  good  running there

I made up a 5km route here  long time ago meant  crossing a  busy road so it was a no no but had a  brainwave the other day going down that road and  cutting onto a cycle path meant I can bypass that road - its slightly shorter 3.07 miles

1) 1m - 10:35(10:35/m) 115cal
2) 1m - 10:37(10:37/m) 121cal
3) 1m - 10:18(10:18/m) 120cal
4) 0.07m - 47(10:50/m) 9cal


starts the first third mile uphill then undulating and a bugger of a  hill at the end of 2nd  mile and then more undulation

I shall try and do it in reverse some  day

TS - oh dear Hope  it all goes  well if they operate but yes as John says you are  doing remarkably well under the circumstances

Not  run in 2  days  so went out this evening night off for me. Did 2.82 miles slow and gentle  just  working on base

aws - good on you getting out there good running even after 3 weeks

JJ seems busy in  your house  i'm sure the result wil  be worth it when its  done

Nzc Ireland  very nice, what part may I ask I know a  few  corners of it, having  family there

Ceal - course I will come may even  run  it. Just  checked my last race was last May that was at Hyde Park I did 3 lfotms in 2014 and 3 parkruns (those were all in  May)

TS Best of luck with the results what was the MRI for can I ask

Not run  today or yesterday will get out tomorrow (listening to body) Think Sundays run took more out of me  than I liked now  the runs are  getting  longer again
