I think I was the first to chime in with the calorie output.

The first two calorie digits were 22.

22 calories would be two few, 2200 would be too many.

so I guessed 22x?

the calories are reading 22?

220 calories that's about right for 3k isn't it?

Why don't they only give the top half of the field a medal in HM's and marathon

Why the top half of the field?

What about the veteran runners, they have higher age grade scores most of the time yet tend to finish lower.

I love medals, I really don't like the idea of excluding half of the field, their effort level is just as high as those who finish faster, plus those that finish in the top of the field get additional prizes anyway.

What is your favourite low(er)-cost running tight?

I've got a pair of those skins a400, and tbh I don't really like them.

My other ones are some cheap Ronhills and some New balance tights and they're much better ive been using the same two pairs for two winters.

These seem pretty similar to what you're already using only with a more aggressive sole.
