I'm upset!

Just a thought Karen. Are you fit? Not in the running sense but in the aesthetically pleasing sense.

Is it possible this make marshal could not help himself when he saw your hot body?

Still keeping a rough eye on this site.

Once dates etc. have been sorted I'll sign up to run a bit. Don't really mind which part of Cornwall I run but the dates will determine what and how much I can do.

Not sure quite how long off but I know when we go back we've got a bank holiday Monday and the Royal Wedding within the first couple of weeks back.

Think an earlier start makes sense as, everything else aside, it gives more flexibility to those in the final few sections when the weather may be against them.

On a personal point of view, being a teacher with Easter break it'd be better for me.

Just one quick question.

Is there a reason we start with zone G and work our way up the country to zone A?

Too late to change now and doesn't really matter I suppose but seems odd.

I'm based in mid-Cornwall and am definitely up for some off roading next year.

I do the annual New Year's Day Brown Willy run from Jamaica Inn which is a cracking run.

Last year I ran a 13/14 mile stretch of Coasters from Mousehole to Lands End which was an amazing run and made me get out and run on unknown territory rather than keeping to the usual stomping ground.

2011 still gives 5 months + to get sorted. Is that not enough time? I though this year's event was organised in a similar amount of time?

Yes, I am a Westcountry lad (and proud of it!) and am happy to get involved with the running side of things and poking my nose in on here.

However, in the new year I am going to be spending A LOT less time online due to a chance in circumstance and certainly by next June/July time I shall be lucky to be online for 5/10mins per day - just enough to catch up on what is going on. Due to the time constraints I will be under there is no chance of me coordinating an area as if I do something, I like to do it properly and that wouldn't be possible.

Quick thought, again not fussed either way. However, we have 5 for and 1 against the picture. I realise that it is a very tiny number of people to consider but that does mean 1 in 6 people (or 16.7%) would be put off by this. That is a significant number as that could mean several people put off on every stretch.

Just a thought like.
