flr, erm, which Maggie O Farrel pice (i've had my head in the clouds). although talking about C sections, a poll of obstetritions found that the majority of them would prefer their wives or themselves to have a section that have a vaginal delivey. which i found rather suprising.

I know, not been around for a while - well only about a week or so.

the good news is that my sports therapist says i can start running again - Yey! The bad news is that my foot is still sore, so i'm a little bit hesitatant to start. Oh and i've pretty much lost all motivation to excersise at the moment :o(

Still, nice to see the smuttiness of this thread is alive and kicking as ever!

Hoover good luck for this weekend, can't believe its come orund already.

Quimby, what type of HRM have you got. thinking of getting one and wondered if you could give me some advice. thankyou.

As for me - oh happy dayz. Well actually i've been rather naughty. couldn't resist getting my trainers on today as its such lovely weather out there. I was a goodish girl. 6X-Run1min/walk1min. Not much i know but boy did it feel good.AND my foot didn't hurt. Hopefully i'll just build up. But i couldn't resist. birds were singing, air smelt of flowers. hurrrah!

flr, you speak such logic. GL, one pair'll do you surely for both plodding ang gym? Sounds like you do need a new pair though. Happy plodding and don't forget to stick to the schedule m'dear.

BTW, GL, how did you stop yourself from going insane ver the past few months as you haven't been plodding? Any ideas?
