IMHO, I think you're being a bit pushy
From what I can see on the website, they only made the decision to cancel on Friday. Today is Monday, ie the next working day
What's the issue with requesting a refund? How are they supposed to know whetehr you want a refund or to transfer your entry? They state clearly on their website that they will transfer the entry over to the 2015 event if you don't contact them
I think you need to remember that this is a business and they are probably doing all they can to keep admin costs down which would otherwise mean an increase in entry fees for 2015 as they try to recoup these costs.
