Did anyone run this one?

Any views/comments??

I'll admit to a personal interest, as 'Ackworth Road-Runners' is my Club

Seem to be getting slower, as time goes by

I've had good intentions of beating my 21:10 PB this year, but not managed it yet

(all ran @ Pontefract)

Yes, received one through the Post on Wednesday

who`s your running idol..??

Rob Jebb

For absolutely dominating the Three-Peaks Cyclo-Cross race (10 times winner!!) & winning the 'Three-Peaks Fell-Race' 4 (or is it 5?) times too

Alistair & Jonny Brownlee

For their fantastic performances in all 3 triathlon disciplines, their ability at fell-races
Jonnys sportsmanship, re; his time-penalty at the Olympics
If that had been a 'professiona' F**tballer, he'd have stood & argued with the marshall, the manager would have made excuses/said he was being picked on etc.....

Jonny just held his hands up & agreed he's made the mistake, thus the penalty
Top man!!!!

Co-incidentally, all 3 are members of Bingley Harriers

Alistairs 10K time was (if I remember) 27:30-ish????
Mo Farrars 10,000 time was 26:00????

Who's the better athlete??? (considering what Ali had done beforehand)

Called into the Hospice on my way to work (Pinderfields Hospital) last week, & there's no entry forms in reception as yet

Innov8 Mudclaw 265/300 vs Walsh Elite/Ultra

Mud-Claws here too (I wear 330's & 333's)
I had them on for the 'Auld Lang Syne' on Tuesday morning, & they were terrific
Not a slip on the serious downhills, (& we're talking 1 in 1 at points,, with several inches of mud)

Only issue to them, as stated above, is wear-rates on tarmac

Go on

Did anyone else have a go, perhaps as their first fell-race (after being talked into it, by a friend/club-mate)
