Ok. Thanks, if I'm determined to run a sub 3 marathon then I guess running on saturday is needed.
Btw, what times were u clocking up 3 years prior to 'getting off your arse and stopping smoking'.
I'm on 18:30 5k, 38ish 10k and 1:36 half. Done a few marathons but my times are not representative due to low training milelage.
Was 14s 6lb but over last 6 months dropped 1s 6lbs. I'm 6"5'. You say u dropped 5stone.....
