Dean that is a lot for a 9 year old you are right to keep an eye on it.
My daughter is 15 and her week pans out like this
Mon am Circuits - 45 mins pm weights - 1 hr
Tue lunch Pilates - 45 mins pm ergo's - 1 hr
Wed pm 2 hours on water
Thur am circuits - 45 mins pm bikes - 1 hr
Fri am core (if she can be bothered)
Sat am 4hrs on the water/Erg's
Now maybe Samir should take a leaf from her book on what it takes to be a national Champion and not just brag that he is going to be with very little hard facts!!
