I've had shin splints for a good few months now and every time I get back into running they seem to come back.
Does anyone know if those compression socks help?
I would also like to try deep tissue massage but was wondering whether this is available on the nhs?
Any suggestions would be really appreciated as the pain has stopped me running for months now and I just want to get back into it.
