Hi all, back from a lovely few days in Somerset. A few nice walks in the Mendips. Lovely weather.

Boff - amazing stuff considering where you were not that long ago with your back - congratulations to you and Boff Jnr.

Glad things are on a positive trend NR.

Hope you're better now Tracey.

Off out geocaching this afternoon with the kids (a modern version of a treasure hunt using GPS technology) and Oliver has a 2 hour golf comp tomorrow so I'll spend 2 hours in the gym at the golf club.

Hope your back running soon NR.

Unexpected day at home for me today as the trains weren't running this morning due to a fatality on the line at Pyle - very sad.

Amelia is on a school trip until 11pm tonight so a late night beckons.

Hope today went well Toby?

Had a run yesterday but today's long walk fell foul to the weather

I'm afraid.

Why wait fir a delivery on the morning of the event. Surely that's leaving it open to go wrong. Should have had delivery yesterday with plenty of time then to contingency plan.

Hi everyone. Had a run yesterday but haven't bothered with a walk today due to the weather. Oliver s currently setting up board games so I guess that and a roast dinner is the plan for today.
