Are you all ready for Xmas Nessie?

Time is getting busy for me. Managed a long walk yesterday geocaching and a game of beach rugby so that was good.

Out in Cardiff tonight though.

Morning all. Hope everyone is well and the run up to Christmas is not too stressful for you! I'm lost in the usual quagmire of functions and parties - it's a tough life.

How were your weekends? After decorating all day Saturday I had a nice long walk yesterday with Oliver and his friend geocaching and we also enjoyed a game of beach rugby so not too bad on the exercise front.

Out in Cardiff again tonight.

Glad to see you back NR!

Alledgedly the storm of the century is on it's way!

Update on our challenge in work - I managed to run / walk over 5 miles every day (average) for 5 weeks helping our team in to second place in the round Wales (virtual) challenge. Pleased with that.

Looking forward to Xmas now!

I went to the gym in the end as the weather deteriorated!

Hi Ness,

This cold dry weather is lovely to exercise in isn't it. Wrap up warm to start and you soon get to temp. Had a nice fresh walk to the station today and looking forward to a plod tonight.

That sounds some challenge Seren. Good luck and I hope that the weather is better this year.

I'm personally enjoying this cold, fresh dry weather. Nice fresh walk to the train this morning, a stroll lunchtime, walk home from the train and an evening plod planned.
