Swansea Harriers Seaside 5K Series - Race 2

Posted: Today at 11:48
I've always wanted to go to China Seren - have a fab time.

Like you NR, I was away with work Mon and Tuesday in Bath. We did the skyline walk on Monday which was fun.

Working from home for two days now. Was meant to go to London today but a cold means I didn't fancy a 14 hour day up and back so I asked to be excused from the meeting.

Looking forward to next week - starting a great challenge in work. We are 7 teams of 4 seeing who can (virtually) run the 870 miles of the Welsh coastline. By virtually I mean that you log your distance covered each day (run / walked) and subtract it from the total. We are setting out to do a minimum of 5 miles per person per day to complete the challenge in 7 weeks. Should be really good. Day 1 will be a Team Building day walking Bath Skyline to kick it off in style. A great way to drag me off my backside 7 days a week! I plan to run 3 or 4 days and walk the rest.

LOL Nessie!

Well the weather certainly has changed. It will be the treadmill tonight I think!

Nice time with Mum Seren.

Mucky weather again. Treadmill tonight I think!

Horrible day - Cardiff for me.

Hi all. This weather is horrible isn't it. My three runs this week have all been on the treadmill which is a godsend in this weather (even if it is a bit boring).

We have a family wedding today so looking forward to that. Oliver, my nine year old, says he looks like a debt collector in his suit!!! I think he watches too much TV!

Don't envy you on that journey Boff. I used to do 30,000 miles a year, now it's about 5,000.

Glad leg is improving NR.

Planning to start C25K
