Hi All

Fantastic Mamafox very well done

SK WOW that is brilliant

Shades, play safe, not worth it in my opinion I was planing on doing the autumn Shakespeare this weekend, but they are now not allowing on the day entry, also only ran about 60miles since Chester, so need to get back out and start to back up.

Fantastic SK great time, it will not be long

dont do any core/gym work really hate it, i go on the if you want to be a good runner then just run,   I know that is not really true    and strength training will help but it is not for me

Snowdonia has been on my list to do for a couple of years, may be brave and enter next year.   There is a nice caveran park near that has hot tubs  would make it a great weekend

Good luck mowzer and KK and anybody else running this weekend

think it is planed not to clash with the Leeds half that they also organise, they may loose a lot of runners who are doing Manchester

I have booked Windermere for next year, 17th May and then may do Chester again, Chester is a fantastic race, also hoping to do Boston 6 hour.

I may go and run this on the 15th November if it is not windy, zero rest bite from the weather

Finally got out today with my new watch,  it's so good, my VO2 max is 48 that puts in me in the excellen/ superior category

the recovery time is the time recommended  to the next hard workout after todays fast 4 mile run it says recovery time is 38 hours so all runs will be slow till then.

Well done Moore and Emmy
