About me:

I have been running off and on since 1981 when after watching the first London Marathon my Dad promised me 20 if I ran every day for a month To be honest my running was mostly off for the next decade until I reached my early 20s and its been on ever since I have written 4 books about running write the Murphys Lore column in Runners World magazine and am a qualified Endurance Coach. I have completed 16 marathons and run Rye Runners with my husband Jeff Pyrah
