About me:have recently lost 3stone 5lbs.completed the nhs couch to 5k program before christmas, but am redoing weeks 6 - 9 because lost form over christmas and a week's illness. thats it, my total running experience so far! i walk everywhere and am learning to cycle. (yes, learning, at 52)
