Solb - welcome to the thread ,I'm another who was only intending to do Paris once, it was going well until I defrocked or is it decloaked ? And started talking to these lovely helpful people , now I can't get away, not racing next year but will be over for the infamous party in Cocorans
You and the girl will love Paris

RR happy birthday in case I missed it as well , I can heartily recommend scotland as a nice sunny country ,, well today anyway

Speaking of bikes - I have borrowed a bike for the triathlon on Saturday , it's a Specialized Rockhopper I call it "willies bike" because I borrowed it off a guy called Willie Beard ( true name )

Can we can have less running talk and more talk about cheesecakes please !
I completed my breakfast today , in a time of 4 mins 32 , that's a PB
I also did a park run which was less enjoyable today , I wore a shirt and tie for the run , not sure why , but it made sense at the time ,, I was slightly hungover !
