I broke my favourite mug *sobs *
I've also spent a Mundane morning cleaning the house including the dreaded bleaching/delimescaling of everything that didn't get up and run away *peers into the distance to see if the cats have reappeared * awww actually they are both curled up asleep with the girl who has been working nights (they aren't allowed to sleep with us at night. Too wiggly)

Which race was that Stutchberry? I've just done Giants head, and found the two park runs I've sins since harder!! (in my defence its a hilly course)
That made me laugh weedy
We don't have anything but the Sodbury Slog booked in until Paris so far. Have just moved to Cornwall so I'm trying to learn how to surf... Have had two lessons so far and I'm terrible but determined!

Hi Junglechook
Flippin fab that you've managed to find an even keel. Social phobia at work sounds tough. What do you think the difference is. I always found the opposite, hiding behind a work persona was easier than being me
I've just started parkrun too LR. Done two so far, our local one is hilly and a bit tough. First volunteering the weekend after next (I'm a bit scared)

3rd marathon for me but it'll be the first marathon for my partner, we are already excited having fallen in love with Paris last summer
I'm not an especially speedy runner anyway but Paris will be all about 'The Girl' doing her first one so I'll be running with her all the way around.
There was a little too much to catch up on so I don't know much about you guys either yet
