Seren - Well done on the Country to Capital. I can't imagine running that far yet. Good for nutrition and pacing strategy
Slow Duck - Good long run for you too. The heat there is a bit more like South Africa than it is here at the moment
I've booked a tour for the Friday so I can do the park run on Saturday although I've never run the day before a race before.
When people do their back to back runs do you do the longer one on the first day or the second? Comrades training plan has it 2nd but a lot seem to do it the other way round. Maybe it doesn't matter. I had a much better long run this week than 2 weeks ago despite running 3 hours in the rain and sleet
How do you work out what pace and what run/walk strategy to use on the day?
