Problems with caffeine

hi  caffeine is a drug , i stop a long time ago, and fill so much better without that drug, i like to run on my own steam, if i rember then i stoped i got headaces for about 2days and was filling better the 3rd day, but take a bout a month to really fill better for it, if you can stop your fill some much better, its just the same as smokeing, it's mot easy to stop, you have to be focus,

just coming back to running after keyhole on my knee, been out for nearly 2 year,s got more fat and unfit, i dont have to work to hard buy and sell, got so bored not training if someone gave 100,000 or more to stop training would not even think about it, as you all know gang health is better than wealth.

hi george take it easy at first to get the leg's use to it, you dont want injury nice and easy your soon want to go a bit more and faster, all in good time, and so many runner hear to help, it's a great game your get so much out of it, just stick with it mate.

 hi all  losed 1 lb last week, will try a big harder this week, it take time for me to get back on my running diet, got to stop eating after 7mp, in the day i,m ok it's the night i find hard.

hi Thomas kerr i,ve had every injurd under the sun,  last time i pull a muscle on my side,baby jumped on me, been running for 6 years was 18st 5lb, got down to 12st, was 14st 5 lb this morning lost 1lb last week but only stoped doing weight for one week the weight should come of quick soon because i,m not doing weights, ,that ok as long as i,m losing, want to be racing next april, what your goals mate, i would like to do sb 40 10k or to just see what i can do, i think i would have to be about 11st for that, but lets see,

 abi totty then i go back to weights , then i,m injuryed  the muscle come back very quick last time i put on 2stone in 13 months, i look better but no good for running so much more slower,

hi all i like to join, just started back last week did 3 runs, 9miles altogether, this week looking at 20miles, was 12st before my injury, went up to 15st, now 14st 5lb, hope to be in racing shape for about april, my best 10k is 43,15sec, in aug,s 2010, i,m 54 december, times running out would like to get down to 42mins, thats my goal at the moment, only trouble with losing weight, people say i look older, and they are right but i feel a lot better, then i was 15st i looked younger but felt down, eny way you can;t save your ase and face at the same time, if i look older but felt great thats for me, any feed back would be great, thanks and may good fortune follow you all.

hi wordslinger and all want to get back to 12st and under, my best 10k is 43,15, i,m 54 december so i want to do 42 or less time is running out , did 10miles last week will do 20miles this week, was doing before about 40-60miles aweek, my long run was 16, and a 10 in the week, before injury was so much into running, iknow that will come back, just got to take ir easy, just hope i,ve leaned from my mistakes, respecks to one and all.
