I usually set my incline to 2 as the wind always seems to kick up when I am out running and I always seem to be running into the wind on my way home! either that or I am so knackered it just feels that way! LOL
I will def invest in a HR monitor and I do feel like I am running fast for me outside so that must be it as well, I hadn't even thought of that!!! Many thanks!!
Hmm, wheezing is just due to me being out of shape I think
