About me:First marathon 1976 every London marathon except 1983 ran 2:41 as junior (under 20), 2:29 at 23 in 1981, best M40 marathon 2:42 in Feb 2003, best M45 marathon 2:43 in 2006 British Masters M45 marathon champion 2003. Best M50 marathon in 2008.(2:43:40) sub 2:47 in 5 different decades. Coach/coached a number of athletes inc GB senior international & former world masters champion, currently coach around 20 athletes inc the British Masters 800m, 1500m and 5000m champion, a W55 marathon British record holder and an Auckland Marathon winner who won in 2:53 previous best 3:16.
