About me:Converted from cycling in 20052010 saw pbs of about 43m for 10 km and about 143 for half giving me a WAVA in the 70s for the first time ever 2011 started with half pb at 14212 The big achievement in 2011 was completing the Swiss Alpine K42 in 523 That might sound slow but theres nearly 2000 m of climbing and descending Trained for Connemara ultra in 2012 longest training run 50 km in 543 Missed that due flu but set a 10 km and 5 km pb soon after on the back of ultra training Got BQ and Boston place 2013 later in the year
