About me:I have been running since late 1980's but had 10 years of doing very little serious training until 2007 apart from 2 marathons. I became really ill in 2009 and had half my guts out and suffered loads till I got diagnosed with Crohn's disease and after a year got the right treatment and finally started running again after 2 years off. For 2012 I've entered the Tunbridge Wells 1/2m and Beachy Head and Windemere Marathons. I love running off road and get lost regularly
