I'm in this year however, unless I can get a crew together I will have to withdraw. Unless of course I can persuade Dick to take on another unsupported runner.

He has a limit of 40 unsupported I believe.

If anyone on here knows of any 'spare' crew who would be willing to assist me I would be most grateful.

After failing at my first 2 atempts this year at 100 miles I'm planning at just finishing this one!

I will be recceing the course with Lingster.

I swear by Thorlos socks. Very rarely get blisters and I change them half way through ultras.

Unfortunately I had to bail out at 30 miles with a pulled groin. 8 weeks to get fit for NDW100.

There is no way this race can possibly be called value for money. I enter 50 mile ultras for less!

Hi GKD. It was our aid station dishing out the ice cream. I can't the credit though, that was Mr Lane!

I'm glad you enjoyed it. I enjoy crewing nearly as much as taking part.

My next race is SDW100 so I'll be relying on friendly volunteers!
