I'd be interested to hear what a typical day looks like.
I have big good issues if I am honest. I eat when the clock says so. I hardly ever leave food on my plate. I'm also a carb addict I believe And with s family history of diabetes I'm at risk and heading n the right direction to get it.
Ive done some reading that says low carb will help me but I've always done high carb low fat so struggle to get my head round not having carbs and habit means I don't think of meals without carbs. I've tried it a couple of times and felt good but habit made me return without thinking.
Need to be more mindful too!!
