Hi all - it's a big thumbs up on the toe socks from me - and with a bit of lube too, I find they work well. I too have the toe rubbing thingy, so to separate them is good!
Upstairs at the mo are piles of running gear, including post run compression tights and socks, head bands, bum bags and nip guards; weather pending we'll sort it all out on the Friday night into correct drop bags.
Both feeling nervous and bit excited, wanting to get going and stay injury free.
Lizzie, have you tried the eating / running in training? Surprising what you can do when you're reallllllllllllllly hungry .... and sick of gels!
