Torque Steer


About me:coming back in 2004 to more serious running after a long period off through work levels, injury, time problems etc. Slowly getting back into shape 1:32 BM (Jan 05) but still struggling with injuries/illness/surgery and with the concept of running slower than I used to 20 years ago (1:15 GNR and 2:44 FLM). Aiming to close the gap in ?????
