Quick drying sports bra

Is there such a thing? Normally I wear the shock absorber run bra but it seems to cling on to water, for example yesterday I got caught in a heavy rain shower my t-shirt dried in minutes but the bra was still soaked an hour later when I finished and was making me feel cold I want one that dries off quickly!

Oh dear 4 weeks to ndw50 and I haven't managed to do any training beyond marathon training, am I right in thinking it should get me through?

Also calf compression stocking things, do they help with fatigue lots of people seem to wear them and I often have calf problems?

I am in blue 4 too and aiming for sub 3.30, also hoping it's not too congested! One year they gave me pen 7 and it was awful!

The price is just scary, I'd love to do it again as I have unfinished business with Brighton but not for ??52.50 lots of cheaper city marathons out there!

Adidas XT3 to Saucony Kinvara's

I have peregrine 2's and despite using kinvaras and kinvara tr seem unable to run in them! My first outing in the peregrines I managed to roll my ankle at least 10 times and on the second ended up with sore Achilles and plantar pain, I haven't braved them since! Shame as they felt nice ???? salomon fellraiser is a shoe worth looking at if they stock them!

The kinvara tr1 is pretty rubbish in mud I save mine for dry summer trails, not sure if the sole improved with the 2's! They also come up small compared to other saucony shoes

Sorry late to the party CC and LLB I'm another one that is always undertrained and injured!

So with that in mind what is the minimal training required to get through 100m? ????

No less toe room than the brooks IMO apart from version 1 that had quite a taper!

I've never had any toe rubbing problems but I guess it depends what shape your feet are ????
